Reviews from visitors:
I love New Orleans! Staying here was perfect! Beautiful lobby, room and felt very comfortable. They have water mixed with fruit available in the front that just made it that much more perfect. We stayed in the French Quarter loft suite and we learned the first night that it was the most haunted hotel in New Orleans. Especially the top floor, where we stayed. Jackson Square is right outside with palm readers,
Music and more. I’m sorry I didn’t take any photos of inside. But here’s one of Jackson square.
Cancelled our reservation and tried to move us to their sister property -Hotel Mazarin which was not equivalent to this 5 star hotel. First of all, don't take bookings from guests without notifying them that your resort is under construction. I would have gladly chose elsewhere when making my decision months ago. Now the prices have changed at other hotels, we rebooked at the Ritz Carlton. If they truly valued their guests, they would have called and personally moved our reservation not sent us a generic email and leave it up to us to transfer our booking. They really lack customer service for a 5 star hotel.
I arrived outside of this hotel yesterday on 3/4 at around 11pm after a 2 hour flight from Miami Fl..I quickly realized the hotel was completely closed with no staff on site and all the doors closed..the hotel is temporarily closed. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE..the hotel never notified me of the closure and still charged me for 3 nights..I've never seen this type of service in my life..I had to scramble to find another hotel at midnight..avoid this hotel asap
Great location
Scenes were filmed here as the Baxter House Hotel in Showtime's Your Honor starring Bryan Cranston.
