Reviews from visitors:
Beautiful hotel with great attention to detail. Rooms are large and bathrooms have all the amenities. Free standing tub, shower with multiple sprays and great pressure. Sitting area in the room, even a stereo with records. Charming gem in uptown. Restaurant and bar area is also worth a visit even if you are not staying on property. Multiple indoor/outdoor seating options including the pool area.
This place is absolutely stunning. The decor is a must see and the overall vibe is good. Unfortunately getting a drink is far from easy here. First we were greeted by a somewhat cranky hostess who gave us an outdoor seat in the back and told us to get in line for a drink at the bar. She recommended to have one person stay at the table, because otherwise someone else might take the table, kind of defeating the purpose of being seated. We waited in line at the bar for about 20 minutes, with 5 couples in front of us, without much movement. Finally we decided to leave and get a drink somewhere else and on the way out, we bumped into the hostess again. After telling her that it took forever, she got us a seat inside and told us that there was table service, so someone would come to get our order. We waited another 15 minutes and watched waiters walk passed, but none of them even looked our way. Finally we hailed one who was able to take our order. Luckily the drinks were amazing. But still, the overall experience wasn't too great. I found the place very confusing, inefficient and super slow.
The atmosphere Here is very cool. The drinks are good. Unfortunately the food was nothing impressive. For the price the flavor & presentation was not there at all. I hate to be critical. I have eaten at many places around the city (Nola is known for there food).. I hope they step there food game up. I would return again for a staycation and get cocktails.... But, not to eat.
The Chloe had an amazing atmosphere and environment as well as a cool front patio for brunch. We just walked in to grab a mimosa which ended up being $12 and not filled up all the way as well as kind of flat. So not a great first experience probably won't go back just because of that reason.
