Reviews from visitors:
This was our 2nd time at Hotel St. Pierre and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are really cool with the French decor and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are always helpful and in a cheerful mood. I am eagerly excited for our next stay. Y’all are awesome!
The worse experience ever. The whole hotel smells musty. Small rooms, barely clean.
They charged me a hundred more than the original price and are not responsible for that. I did not receive any previous notice. I won't stay here anymore and I don't recommend it at all. The people who work there were nice but when I call to tell them about what they were charging they didn't care. Didn't solve anything, so, be careful if you are staying here.
We stayed in room 125, I believe. The TV did not work. The phone did not work. The alarm clock did not work. There was food left over in the refrigerator from whomever stayed there the day before (pic attached). We wished we had looked at more pictures of the place before online booking, it is very run-down. Please look at multiple pictures online before considering booking this place. They have a handful of online pictures that do look nice (like the Louis Armstrong room), but MOST of this place is not like that. We complained and they changed us out of room 125, but it was not much better.
I can't say enough great things about St.Pierre! I was instantly in love with its quaint charm, excellent service from the whole staff team abs the top notch security provided by the staff! Love it. Only a2 block walk from the 24 hr spot with the best debris fries in the quarter! Your gonna need em when you're done
This place was beautiful. This was my first visit to the French Quarter and staying at the Hotel St. Pierre was a treat. The front desk personnel were polite and accommodating, and the grounds were immaculately kept. While we were there a car started on fire outside of our window. The front desk woman came and woke us up in the middle of the night to get us out of the room. She then got us a new room for the night. Both rooms were beautiful.
