This is a nice property run by useless staff which have zero experience of hospitality and services. Only thing they were interested in sir please deposit money first so that you can have room services per handed.. sir when you will leave.

I had the best experience here. There is hardly anything that you will not love here. Everything is so good. The ambience, environment, lighting, decorum, hospitality, rooms, food and infrastructure. The staff is super duper friendly and supportive. I will definitely choose this again for a stay. Thanks Pullman and all the staff. It was a pleasure staying here.
Went there for a Sunday brunch .. totally worthwhile ... Superb food in terms of quality and diversity.. Japanese cuisine and deserts were fantabulous.. lamb starter preparations could be better though .. the Indian food also was yummy .. so over all on a scale of 5 could rate it 4.1
It was a great experience with Pullman New Delhi. Everything was excellent from beginning to check out. Spacious room with great facilities. I requested for runway view which was given to me. Kudos to chahat for his 5star hospitality. Looking forward to visit soon.
Had been there 3-4 times recently. Awesome spread of breakfast and good variety. The service is excellent. The staff is very courteous
Even the coffee shop is amazing there. Loved the menu and coffee. Vibe is good to sit out in winters..... it was a nice experience overall
