The service was good but extremely delayed. Guests had to wait for minimum 15 -20 minutes to get their orders.
Portions served were not repeated especially desserts.
However the price was good.
But having such large name the service could have been quicker
This place is 5 star hotel for a reason.
One time I went to collect my parcel left by a friend. I was a bit nervous because that was going to be my first experience of a 5 star hotel. Guess what? The ground staff were so friendly and nice. I didn't have to buy their services and my purpose was to collect that parcel and leave immediately yet they treated me like I was one of their most regular customers.
Got rude receptionist Mr Rohan. Need to wait half an hour for check in. Will not recommend Novotel. Even cheaper hotels has warm welcoming staff.
I am editing this review. Basically adding into it. I got a call from Hotel representative, they have viewed my feedback in a positive manner. They have assured me that the respective staff have been counselled. I hope the hospitality standard will be satisfactory at my next visit.

I stayed there for about 7 days in Nov 2020.
Very standard business hotel.
Large property, but the staff is not that great. You will not feel special.
The first day the staff was very polite. As our stay progressed, the staff kept getting rude. The restaurant staff wouldn’t bother to come get our order. The front desk wouldn’t pay heed to any of our queries.
Check out was also not smooth. They had wrongly attached a laundry bill to my room. I had to wait for 40 minutes or so to get that sorted. And who’s fault was that? What if I had a flight to take (which should be a concern as this hotel is in Aerocity and most of their clients must be frequent fliers).
And also they were totally ignorant about some amount that was to be refunded. We had to basically beg for a receipt of the amount as the manager was basically bullying us and acted like we didn’t know anything about the hotel culture.
It was just unpleasant. But I would say the hotel is what it is, a transitory place for business people, who just need a place to stay the night.
They can definitely benefit from a little more courtesy if they want to retain customers
A long way to go before I can rate it 5 star. Service has to improve a lot (nothing to do with pandemic). You ask us to check in and promise that the key will be ready at reception desk. The entire process was repeated again at the desk despite whatever we did being on the screen. Overall, not so pleasant experience
