I have been here a lot, it's a great property. Well maintained as most Aerocity hotels. The prices are reasonable too.
But this time, the service wasn't up to the standards. I attended a few family functions here, and the food service staff wasn't well informed, water bottles were provided a couple of hours later, after constant reminders. Even the lunch started 1 hour after the designated time, and guests were left waiting.
I believe it was the contracted staff, but that shouldn't be the excuse. The management needs to be responsible for the same.
Otherwise the food, decorations and other arrangements were amazing.
I'll not let one average experience in these pandemic times decide that it's a bad property.
And yes, the GM was very polite and helpful. Helped my uncle carry his luggage till his room when the staff was short.
It was indeed a five star hotel for me.
The room was spacious, sparkling clean and had a modern yet warm vibe. Bathroom section is quite spacious with many useful amenities right there. Bed was comfortable.
Staffs were well trained and attentive to guests' needs.
Gym didn't have a lot of different stuffs but it was enough for a pleasent exercise. It was really nice that they keep it open 24hrs.
This property in general looks really cool. I loved the lounge areas here and there and even the elevator. It was somehow quite aesthetic.
*Pool area was restricted due to C19. So was parcel food from outside.
Looking forward to next stay :)

Quality of food is also good and hygiene was kept in mind while serving.
Washrooms were also cleaned.

You can visit this place with your friends or family they got all the amenities with proper hygienic is maintained there. You won't have problem in any kind of the room servicing the staff is very nice here. You can find proper beautiful restuarant inside the hotel only where you can spend your quality time.
Good hospitality and staff were responsive, and I got meet actor amit Sadh I got lucky
