First of all, a rather well laid out and maintained hotel. The housekeeping and the food are stand outs. The service levels at the functional level are very good, less the "dine in" or " room service" which needs asap review and would put this hotel down to 2 stars in experience. However, considering the excellent response of the management to the massive screw up by the night staff , albeit a slightly delayed response, has assisted in giving this hotel another chance and saved its rating. The gym needs more equipment specially treadmills and the gym staff has to start sanitizing the equipment and spend less time on their mobiles.

Great place to stay , booked suite room runway view ,awesome view at night .Overall it's best hotel .
Hotel is situated in Aerocity which is next to Airport. The place around hotel and within Aerocity is safe and well maintained.
Hotel rooms are big and designed with new interior. A different experience all together. Staff are young and cooperative.
Food needs to improve with option but the taste is good with the available option.

Nice experience
Had booked a large runway view suite but the suite assigned initially was not a runway view suite as it had the view of the adjacent Pullman Hotel from the living room and the runway was visible from afar.
On insisting that we had booked a suite with a view of the runway and after waiting for 2 hours and explaining this situation to different staff members on the call one of whom even mentioned that we will be charged extra for it, we finally were given a large suite with runway view.
The suites are large, spacious and nicely done.
Worth mentioning that we had asked to check out at 2pm and the hotel was fine with us checking out at 2pm.
The breakfast at Annamaya was poorly organized.
