It's Dicey to explain about the experience I had.
The front desk staff were quite helpful. I got a room with toilet not working. They did change the room but the entire process is off putting (12:00PM). Having said that I was able to keep my bags for an extra evening after checking out of the room. The front desk people did say that I could keep it for an extra night as well. Which is extremely nice.
For 1000 odd rs I would say it is a good experience over all without having to change the room. Having travelled long way one wants to just come and take rest.
A decent place to stay if you're interested in shopping in the nearby area and you don't mind the congested narrow streets.
The accommodation itself was good and comfortable. The staff were just ok in terms of service. The front desk wasn't all that helpful.
The breakfast was very basic and to a minimum. Day after day it was the same menu and served more like a ritual and burden.
Overall it served our purpose.
The hotel looks good but little far away from New delhi railway station.
The hotel is a decent hotel .... With a good service... They address your concern as soon as possible. The staff is friendly
Over prized in breakfast and no buffet just excuses bcz of covid and rest alm are having buffet I think the covid has a pass to enter in Ajanta.
