Nice and clean rooms with great room service. The backyard garden is well maintained and you can hear birds chirping during the early morning hours.
Staff is well trained and friendly. They provide around the clock service. There is an additional charge for bottled water after 1Liter (I was staying solo).
A very well located hotel in VVIP area in Diplomatic enclave. Very green and quite surroundings. well maintained and cordial staff. parking available. Lush green lawn for party. Bar available. A very good place to stay in the heart of Delhi in reasonable prices.
The suite room is the best of all... So comforting and the service is great
I traveled from US to attend an interview at the US embassy. I made the reservation for 3 nights and I got a good deal on the agoda for just $142 for 3 nights(small room). They also have big rooms and obviously they are a bit expensive.
The breakfast was good - paratas, omelette, bread, juice.
The hot water is also available but need to run the tap/faucet for 5 minutes.
The location is very close to the embassy road and the state bhavans.
WiFi connectivity is a bit slow but works.
The staff were very polite and are only 5 minutes away for service.
Overall, if you travel from the US you will find it above average and don’t expect it to be a star hotel like the Taj.
Good to stay but in the room there is no properly heighted socket for charging phone or to make tea, coffee and no mattresses to walk on floor or slippers, marbles are so cold that you could not walk bare foot. No mattress in front of bathroom. No toiletries like dental kit or shaving kit.
