Horrible experience, only at glance the facilities look good But in actual most of the things are not in good working conditions, Bathroom Shower is all broken, even after complaining to the manager nothing was done. Even the staff is very rude also the manager. Worst of all is breakfast, in the buffet breakfast they were serving Dalia and fried fasting aloo, also have heard from one lady they were repeating the same menu from last two days.
Just loved it. Amazing 3 star property with almost all amenities. The hotel is good ambience is great, rooms are supper clean and tidy and with all things we need.
Staff are extremely helpful. I love this hotel next time if i visit new delhi i will definitely stay here

1) no easy access, due to crowded location.
2) no wash basin in the restaurant, even for drinking water also you have to request
3) parking not available
4) service not upto the mark
5) but interior of the room is nice
