Didn't get the support from Hyatt membership team.... Paid membership before lockdown

Awesome place, undoubtedly an overwhelming experience.

No one can match their hospitality

It's a good property. The food was also good. And the staff was friendly. The ambience was also nice. The interiors of the hotel is spacious...but the rooms are a little small although clean and comfortable.

Stayed at room no 145, the window is very small. The above floor was quite noise, otherwise a good place to stay. Good Gym and pool side it excellent.
