Good and chilling place to be.
Food is excellent for the price and rice potion was too much for a one person.

Maybe because of the covid soap was not available.

One thing need to improve is the garden cleaning need to be done. That was the first impression. Other than that I recommend the place ❤️
Nice calm & quiet place. Next to the lagoon & the sea shore is in walking distance (~100m)on the other side of the premises. In between & not far away from the two main cities of Colombo and Negombo, this place brings you the perfect opportunity to enjoy your holiday with your family, and friends, (... not leaving your neighborhood away.. for the people in the congested urban & suburbs of the country)
Food,,, top class taste..
Scenery & environment,,, Quite nice sunrise from the lagoon side. Shiny noon, Hot eve, but strong and healthy sea-lagoon breeze will make you feel comfortable, cooler and energetic. Marvelous sunset from the sea side. The sea breeze is strong as it has been always with this region of the country, bound by the sea & lagoon from either sides.
Rooms are well maintained and spacious too...
Poor services
Great place however the swimming pool is not clean and not well maintained. The food served there is not inedible as it is not taste
A great place to relax and have a good time. The management was very helpful from the start. Staff is okay. Don't expect 5 star hospitality from here. But everything you get is totally worth the price.
The pool is massive and many people can enjoy at once. They have basketball, volleyball, bicycle riding and pool, darts etc. Many things to keep you busy. They even let us fish in the pond. The beach is right across the road.
Rooms are clean. TV and an electric kettle was there.
The restaurant is good with a nice ambience. There is a grand piano and they even let us play. . Food is good. But quite a bit pricey. Portions are reasonable.
Overall if you're looking to have a relaxing weekend for a tight budget this is the best place I could recommend.
