Best Hostel in Negombo. Loved my stay at the Yo-yo hostel, with excellent facilities, information and activities, as well as a great general vibe, all provided by the generous hosts. I’m happy to say I’ll cherish the memories of good times on the rooftop with fellow travellers from all over the world, sharing stories and kicking back after a boat ride on the lagoon. Be sure to stay here on your way in and out of Sri Lanka, Yo-yo hostel really helps you make the most out of your trip and experience the best the beautiful country has to offer. 5 stars.
This place is incredible. It is both convenient, being so close to the airport, and it's very welcoming and homely. Gee and his family are super friendly and helpful! They will make sure you have a great time

Good location with an awesome rooftop! It felt like home from the very first second.
We got lucky to find this spot in Negombo — The owner, Gee, is very prideful of how beautiful his country is and knows all the best places to go in Sri Lanka. On top of that, the rooftop sunsets, the endless carrom games and the wonderful meals made our stay in Negombo some of our best days in Sri Lanka. If you stay in Negombo, stay here and listen to these people, because they want you to have a good time as you travel Sri Lanka.
We really enjoyed our stay there. Everyone was so helpful starting from great advices for our trip until organizing an transport for my sick friend in the middle of the night. We're really thankful that we have choosen yoyo hostel, we would always come back.
