Very calm & quit surrounding.nice pool and well managed cabanas.supportive & friendly manager..we spent a night here yesterday.I recommended to go for your holidays and enjoy.. feel it's really free of mind.
A brilliant place to stay in Negombo. About 20minutes from the international airport. The street is full of lovely seafood restaurants and beer huts. Most if not all of the hotels have a private beach area behind. Got a lot of hawkers selling souvenirs too. If you want to relax & energise yourself and that too at a very affordable rate, Negombo is the town and Blue Water is the hotel. Attentive and helpful staff too.
Spacious villa with no disturbances. Tasty food with a decent portion size. Friendly staff. Boat rides also available nearby and walking distance to the beach.
My wife and I stayed her at the Royal castle last weekend. We chose this place for two main reasons. Firstly, it is very close to the beach (Less than 50 meter I guess!). Secondly, the rooftop swimming pool (the view of the horizon and townscape was amazing). This place fulfilled our expectations.I must say it was a pleasant experience since the staffs and the management took really good care of us. Health check ups were done as soon as we arrived and they provided us a clean and sanitized room and they strictly followed social distancing as well. All three meals were fantastic and satisfying. We really enjoyed our mini vacation peacefully, thanks to the hotel management. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a stay in Negombo area.
Rooms were clean and got modern interior designs that cannot be seen in other hotels , very comfortable. Staff was amazing. They allowed us to have a late checkout. Food was delicious.
Highly recommend this hotel. If you plan to visit, I suggest you to go for a suite room. It has a private pool on the balcony.
This place is ideal for family outings. Nice atmosphere with spacious garden and the view is pleasant too. We had a family day outing with the office friends and it worth for the money. Food tastes good but less varieties. Rooms very comfortable. Pool is averaged in size. Customer service is superb. They have provided food(bites) we have ordered really quickly. The highlight if the day was the boat ride in lagoon. This place is very close to the Katunayaka International Airport.
The evening views with the breeze from the lagoon is just epic. Could have definitely improved on the landscaping of the surrounding. But all in all the rooms were really good and clean and the staff was really helpful.
A quiet hotel in the center of the city..We went there to spend our honeymoon..super staff..operation manager mr.Malaka was very supportive..the dinner we ordered Sea food rice was excellent.and it was perfect for the honeymoon.
It's an amazing place. We booked the duplex pool villa and we felt like we were home. The place is super clean and very well maintained. We got a personal butler catering to our needs around the clock. Amazing experience. Since it was my baby girl's birthday that we went to celebrate, they even surprised her with a small cake made just for her. Their food was also delicious. The kids play area, water slides, and all the facilities that are their for the kids to enjoy their stay is Amazing and my 5year old enjoyed very much. Can't wait to go back there again. Love it!
It was our very first destination on our honeymoon. I must say that the stay was quite short, but still memorable. The food was nice, staff was friendly. We would definitely visit again. :)
Owner and the staff will treat you like friends with GENUINE HOSPITALITY. Rooms, bathrooms and pool was super clean. The hotel design is amazing and you can take beautiful pictures here. Overall this is a great boutique villa to stay and we would definetly stay here again.

Location is good. Food is really nice. And of course the rooms are in great quality as well. A perfect place to hangout with your friends and have a fun time.
