A great hotel and well organized. Their all inclusive deal for Carnival is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our entire family had a great time. They have a specialized kitchen area for kids that has lots of natural fruit juices and hamburgers and all the things kids like. Their bar is well stocked and the restaurants (French & Japanese) are good. The staff was incredible and the place was always clean.
Perfect place to workout outside
Good hotel, we got a renewed room with amazing view of punta negra, though odor in the toilette.
We couldnt enjoy the beach or the swimming pools during 6 days because it was really windy and big waves in the sea. Also, no babies allowed in the indoor jakuzzi :( of the SPA and the jakuzzi of the room was pretty small. We took a 30 min taxi to la laguna and was great.
Kids corner was excelent with great staff :D
Food and staff from restaurnat were great, though children chairs of the restaurant were all really dirt :(.
It is a little far from the center if you want to go walking with a baby stroller.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful resort to relax and enjoy the beach! Within walking distance to several places to eat lunch or dinner, as well as local stores.
