The hotel is not really a five stars hotel (more like a 3 stars hotel), the rooms are a bit old and in need of some maintenance. The food is so so (breakfast offers a lot of options but it’s more a matter of quantity over quality and we don’t recommend the pizzeria as the pizzas were not very good...).
That said, it’s not a bad hotel at all. Judging it as a 3 stars hotel, the rooms should definitely get a thorough cleaning and a little maintenance, but they are quite big and the beds are comfortable. I also have to say that the staff is really nice and the service is great.
The fact that the beach can be reached straight from the hotel is the main advantage of this hotel for me. The beach is also clean.
The bars are also good, I really enjoyed the caipirinhas (and they were cheap).
Conclusion: don’t expect a 5 stars hotel, but rather a 3 stars hotel with a bit of room to improve (no pun intended), but with many amenities to make you enjoy your stay.
I’m shocked shocked how this hotel’s senior suite is so dated. So old. Everything inside looks old and cheap. The senior suite has NO view. Check the pic. Total disappointment

This is a fantastic resort, I spent five days here and enjoyed every minute of it. The quality is very high - the rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are nicer than most overseas, and all of the amenities are fantastic. The resort is so close to the ocean that during high tide it seems like the waves will almost lap up to the hotel itself. Breakfast is great with a huge buffet and chefs ready to make omelets and tapioca pancakes to order. There are several pools, including one heated one. The fitness center was great, and I received a massage at the spa for an hour for only $40 or so. I will definitely be coming back here and recommend it to anyone staying in Natal.
