Without a doubt, I’ll be back! This is one of the best hotels ever! The entire staff body and property were amazing! The rooms were immaculate! Checkin was smooth, valet was awesome! Well informed staff! Will definitely make the place my home away from work! I don’t remember the names of the staffs but all were amazing!
Very new, clean hotel. It's a little removed from all of the hustle and bustle, which is both good (not congested) and bad (walking to Broadway is a bit of a hike). The room is lovely with a nice little kitchenette.
Love this hotel!!!!!!! Great location - you can't beat it really. Wonderful staff that make you feel "AT HOME!" The rooms are wonderful and you can cook for yourself if you want to save money in Nashville before you blow it out the last night! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because of the construction next door. Beep, beep, beep at 6:30-7am and it literally sounds like it is in your ear. But, in the end I needed to wake up anyway. The full kitchen is better than other hotels - see the meal I made.
1015p arrival Megan checked us in & had a smile on her face & gave us a recommendation to eat- place was closed but she was friendly & didn’t have to help us.
Tiara was working valet very sweet personality, carried a smile & was friendly.
Very clean hotel! Comfortable beds! Breakfast from the bistro was decent. Shower pressure good.
Reason for 4 stars: arrived late placed the do not knock sign on the door & housekeeping knocked & entered at 8am & paying for valet parking means they park & bring you your car- Tiara parked it but we had to go get it ourselves that morning- not a deal breaker but just saying. Got turned around in the parking lot trying to get out but gentlemen was in the parking lot & helped us- name tag said manager but I couldn’t get his name at the angle I was, thanks!
We got a balcony room and were fortunate to be on the top floor. Awesome, awesome room! Huge balcony. This hotel is new and super clean. Close to everything. Very attentive staff. Truly a 5 star experience.
