I was impressed when I got to the hotel. It looked really nice. I like that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I was impressed with the flooring, no carpet. And then I realized this hotel was built paper thin. As I type the person in a room above me is driving me crazy. I hear every single step. I hear every step in the hall ways. The doors when they shut to the rooms make the entire room shake. I can hear the TV in the next room. I can hear a lady couching and hacking across the hall. The appearance is nice but thats about it. I'll tough it out this last night but I will never come back.
Super disappointed. The stay was great I left something behind and I’ve called every day for 3 weeks and they keep ignoring me about it. They say they’ll do it and haven’t done it. Everyone is super nice though!
Very nice staff except for one man that lied about having no bowls. We were stuck during the terrible snow storms and everyone was very helpful in getting us rides or helping us know what was open. The ladies were lifesavers and deserve so many kudos. The rooms weren't always clean because the staff had issues getting to work but when they were there, they took care of everything. I really appreciate their efforts. One thing is the hill is dangerous when it snows, so watch out.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! The room was gorgeous, staff had a great attitude and it was quiet. Whenever I go back to the city I will definitely stay here.
We had a great experience! Staff was nice, place was clean, covid breakfast was provided, and reasonably priced. We will be back!
