This hotel is beautiful and the staff is truly the best part. Our room was lovely and spacious, with an amazing bed! The staff treats everyone like they are a VIP, and takes the time to do all of the little things. The Joseph is right up there with Ritz, and St. Regis in my opinion!
Spent Valentine’s Day weekend with my husband at The Joseph. We started our stay with a delightful and enthusiastic welcome from our valet. He was top notch...wish I would have caught his name. He was working on February 13th around 1300. Kudos to you sir. You do your job with style and flair! Spa service was excellent. We ended up eating twice so we could enjoy both Denim and Yolan. The food at both was delicious . We sampled a variety of drinks from both bars. Our bartender downstairs (Nate maybe) gave us all the insight on the facilities and makes an exceptional Old Fashion. He was our other nomination for employee of the month:) The rooms were very comfortable. We can’t say enough about our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel to enjoy all of our favorite date activities) and will be celebrating with you again soon. PS: Don’t take the Sweater Weather off the menu!
Best place in town! We love our Christmas brunch here. Food is superb! Service is impeccable! Our server is also our best tour guide!
This place is amazing! We withing from check in to turn down service was excellent! The staff is so diverse and cordial. The towels are so big % think as well as the robes. The iPad is easy to control. The location is great & just mins away from the action. The rooftop bar and restaurant really has some awesome views and food. Well be back next week. Definitely worth the money.
Spent two nights at The Joseph for business travel and I was truly blown away. Exceptional customer service, pristine rooms, kindness from an extraordinary boutique hotel where you feel that everyone knows you by name. The food is fantastic from an award winning chef and the 21st floor outdoor dining was perfect for COVID friendly dining. The art collection is a must to experience as well. I won't stay anywhere else but here with future trips to Nashville.
