Reviews from visitors:
Really disappointed with the cleanliness and service standards of this hotel. We arrived at 4:15 PM on a Monday to find out that our room was not ready yet (check-in time is 4 PM). We waited in the lobby until 5:30 PM until we were able to go to our room. Some of the surfaces were covered in sticky smears. There were food crumbs on the floor. We were given a 1/3 roll of toilet paper, so we went down to reception to ask for an extra roll, which was never delivered. We tried to call reception from our room, but nobody picked up the phone (this was around 7:30 PM). As for parking, we paid $30 extra to park in a separate parking garage, not owned by the hotel (which was a 10% discount from the normal rate of $40/24 hours). We did not have this information when booking, so we thought we should share this here so y’all know what to expect. We appreciated the hardworking floor staff. Everybody was friendly, patient, and helpful. Good location, although it got pretty noisy during the day as there was construction around the area.
This hotel will forever hold a special place in my heart. My boyfriend and I went there to celebrate our 2 year anniversary where we first met. The staff was beyond amazing and so helpful when it came to recommendations on what to eat and where to go. I have to say they went above and beyond to make it the best stay possible. Little did I know I would be leaving this hotel as an engaged woman. The views were amazing. Location was near by and walking distance to Broadway. Great coffee shops nearby and the sweetest of people. Especially Jennifer. She took really great care of us. I hope to go back there again someday. Love this hotel ♥️
I was here for work so I did not get to stay and enjoy the restaurant but I was able to view several rooms. This is a wonderful hotel with a very original museum. If you are ever fortunate enough to go to Nashville this is where you need to stay. Super people and a super hotel. Make sure you take the time to wander around the hotel and look at the art work.
Very nice hotel - up to 21C standards. We had a great room with a nice patio. Too bad it was too cold to use. Room service from the restaurant was delicious. Staff was great, although a little over zealous considering that there were covid protocols in place. And the neighborhood is a little funky. They are in the center of the bombed out area of Nashville which hasn't been restored yet.
It’s mediocre in service. They don’t make your bed/room and provide minimal service; none of which they tell you on their website until you’ve checked in. If you need any towels or toiletries you have to call and ask—we waited a long time for ours. Overpriced for the overall stay. Would not stay here again. Plenty of other hotels downtown with better service and overall experience at a cheaper or equal price. Stay away!
