Great hotel in a great location! It smells great when you walk in. The on-site spa's aroma therapy scents welcome you. There are great restaurants around and the staff is very friendly and helpful. One thing to keep I mind is that the mini bar requires a key that you must get from the hotel staff, so be sure to ask at check-in.
So comfy and modern at same time. Absolutely love that any animal no matter the breed, species, size (sorta) is allowed to stay free. Only catch is that they fit through the door!
Traveling with 3 dogs is tough. Especially since hotels will have usually a 2 pet minimum, under so many pounds a weekend trip can get outrageous to bring the 4-legged kids. Kimpton has gained life long customers from us.
Fantastic as always. We try to ‘ treat ‘ ourselves now and again to the relaxing luxury found at Kimpton Hotels.
The staff truly go out of their way to make your stay totally comfortable and enjoyable. Special mention must be given to Corrine , who was so accommodating and gracious the first time we met her , and even more so this stay . Even with her ton of responsibilities, she made sure we were well attended to. Really warm and gracious person; nice to talk to as well. Rusty and John and Alex at the front desk were similarly pleasant, polite and helpful.
The hotel is spotless , as are the rooms . Wonderful views from our 714 room and extra comfortable as well. Fantastic shower , terrific artwork throughout the facility and the roof top pool in warmer months a great bonus. Super convenient location too , without being ‘ right in the center ‘ of the honky tonk scene. Great selection of nearby restaurants and bars including The Henley , right in the hotel.
If you want to treat yourself , Kimpton does it right.
Rusty is awesome. From the start to the end of our stay everyone was very helpful. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Room was very relaxing. this is the place to stay if your in Nashville
This is our new favorite hotel brand. They are super dog friendly. We have a Husky and a Malamute, and they allowed them without any extra charge. My husband and I just got married and had to move from Texas to Ohio the next day. So, I called ahead to ask for some Champaign. Rusty gave it to us free of charge with a very nice note, as well as a late check out since we arrived at 2:00 AM. We already are planning our next trip to this hotel. Thank you for such a good experience. You made a stressed trip worth it!
