Reviews from visitors:
Facilities were nice and the corner room was spacious with a larger comfortable king sized bed. Beautiful artwork in the lobby and room. The hotel room was clean but the hallways and stair wells could have been kept up better. So many choice hotels in Nashville, I will try them again, but they will have to step up their game.
Nice hotel. Front desk clerk was great & friendly. Our room was very clean. Only thing I would change is to add extra coffee stuff. There was only enough for one person. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
Good customer service plus is pet friendly without a fee. The parking is 30 dollars a night and 5 an hour. But you can park for free Saturday and Sunday and need to move your car before 6am Monday morning. The rooms need a little bit of more cleaning. Oooh the beds are really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again since the location is really good
Not sure how it got that many stars... It's misleading if you compare the ratings of other nearby hotels in the area. The room that I got (the savvy suite) looked dirty and not updated. I would say its a little better than a motel but not by a lot. My bed smelled like someone had a bad night of drinking and threw up on the bed. There was a strong alcohol smell on the bed. I just didn't feel comfortable nor safe... the rooms have an eerie feeling to it... I checked out within 15 minutes of arrival and stayed at another hotel. The young lady at the front desk that helped me (I arrived Wednesday night) was extremely helpful and considerate and I hope whoever manages this hotel acknowledges her work because that's the only reason why I'm giving two stars.
The rooms are great, very spacious and modern. There was a stain (makeup?) on our bed sheets. For some reason maid service didn't visit our room. The a/c didn't work in our room. It stayed at 71 even when we had it set to the lowest setting for 2 days. No breakfast and no vending machines, I'm guessing due to COVID. It is a pet friendly hotel so I was listening to dogs left in their room during the day bark. No pool or hot tub. And if you have a room key, you do NOT pay for parking. I saw other reviews talking about paying for parking - if you're a guest, you don't. It's off a pretty busy road, but not as busy as the East end of Broadway. Convenient location to the main strip, less than 10 minute drive anywhere you'd need to go.
