Reviews from visitors:
Everything about the hotel was awesome. Unfortunately, we had a major problem with the valet. Checked in Friday and we were checking out Sunday. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do so no point in getting the car out. Once we checked out and got in the car, we noticed someone had been through it from the front to the back. The doors were never locked. Thankfully nothing of value was in it that we know of. The manger did refund our valet expense and gave us his number if we noticed anything missing. The whole reason we use this service at the hotels is not to worry about our vehicle. Not sure I would stay at this hotel again due to the mishap of the valet.
This was a great venue for our wedding ceremony. The suite we stayed in also was a perfect location for the bridal party to prep for the wedding. Very luxurious room with beautiful amenities. This place is like staying in a modern Americana gallery. Just perfect.
Ashton made my night amazing! Me and my beautiful girlfriend had a blast with him. We will be coming back every chance we get. 5 stars
This review is based solely on safety and security of our possessions while staying with this hotel - not on the staff. We arrived last night and gave our car to the hotel’s valet to take care of for us. Our car was broken into on our first night here, along with other guests staying at this hotel. What upsets me and the reason why I blame the hotel for this occurrence is because they left our vehicle in an unlocked public parking garage that anyone can get to throughout the night, and they do not have a parking attendant there watching people’s vehicles in case of car vandalizing/robbing. My husband and i are traveling cross country and every other hotel we have stayed at so far not only puts your car in a locked garage overnight (on the hotel’s property), but has 24/7 security in case someone tries to break into the garage. For whatever reason i let my guard down with this hotel thinking our belongings would be safe no matter what and failed to ask the details (this hotel was planned more last minute while driving on the road than our other hotels, which we planned in advance). I assumed it would be safely taken care of like the other hotels had done, and they didn’t mention lack of security on their own. Trust me when I say I’ll never make this mistake again. If you are walking to this hotel or having a cab drop you off, then you’ll be good to go, but if you are driving here with your personal car 1) i don’t recommend staying with this hotel or 2) i recommend making sure you leave absolutely nothing inside your car and have car insurance because it is in no way shape or form going to be safely parked overnight. Hoping this review helps someone else. I will add, the hotel comp-ed our room (and obviously our valet fee), but to me if you are bringing your car with you the anxiety just isn’t worth it if there are other hotels you can stay at that can assure you that ALL of your possessions will be safe.
This entire place is the right direction Nashville needs to keep moving. Our bartender, Ashton did a great job suggesting and providing drinks. Everything we had was amazing. 5/5 would recommend to anyone!
