Reviews from visitors:
Great and friendly staff. Great location, centralized in downtown in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very comfy beds in nicely cleaned rooms. Good restaurant/bars on location. Another plus being a Starbucks in the lobby. My only complaint Starbucks closes at 2 PM. Overall good value for great visit.
Exceptional experience from the moment we checked in until we sadly had to depart. The staff at this property truly embodies hospitality and made us feel like rockstars our entire stay! Kudos to management for building such a great team. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of all the attractions. The rooms were spacious, the sheets and pillows were soft and comfortable, everything was impeccably clean and the food and drinks at the rooftop pool and lounge were on point! Highly recommend this location over much costlier neighboring properties.
This hotel is very well located to walk wherever you want to go in downtown Nashville. We walked everywhere and never felt it was too far. The room had a fun beach theme as you would expect, and our room (426) had a separate seating area and sleeping area. Lots of cute details made it very Jimmy Buffet. We had large windows with a city view. The bar was on this floor and I didn’t get pictures, but it is a fun place with a rooftop terrace with city views. Just FYI, parking is valet only and costs $42/night. The bar had basic bar food but the restaurant food was great.
The suite we stayed in contained a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, margarita maker, toaster, coffee pot, knives and a cutting board. Three different light switches in the bathroom (mood lighting always a plus). The suite was much quieter than I expected. Hotel contains at least one bar. Decent size gym. Valet parking only $45 per night.
More storage needed in bathrooms. There is one shelf and it's taken up with towels.
Our large party block of rooms were given away; so, we were scattered all over the hotel. That was not what was requested when bookings were made. Some of our party didn't get the type room they booked (and received confirmation for).
Items ordered from the front desk were never delivered (or wrong things were sent up).
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of charging ports.
Fridge in room had a very small interior. Would have been nice to been able to put more than 4 bottles, of powerade, inside.
