My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The lobby was beautiful. We were going to do self parking, but realized that it was not a parking garage but a lot around the block so we opted for the valet for $42 a day. Check in was easy. We had a corner king room and it was very nice, however some more attention to cleaning is needed. There was black underneath the rim of the toilet bowl. As well as Black underneath the glass door in the shower. Other than those two things the room was great. Our floor was very quiet. We hardly heard any other guests. We also ate at the Bourbon Steak restaurant on the top floor. It was beautiful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant and hotel. Also I believe his name was Byron Ross at the front desk was very helpful.
My husband and I just had our first weekend away leaving kids at home! This hotel is amazing. The attention to detail was unbelievable. Scott took our bags to the room while our car was valet parked. Then we visited the bar where another Scott gave us incredible service. The front of the house staff was polite, efficient, and professional. The massage by Bobby ranks in my top 3 ever!!! The fitness center was perfect, clean, and had great views of downtown. The pool looked enticing, but it was too cold to try....love the rooftop pool though! Would love to see private igloos or tents for small gatherings on the roof. You have the space!
We booked a last minute stay for my wife's Birthday. To say the least the staff was incredible. They sent a bottle of champagne up to the room along with a birthday card. The staff could not have been more friendly, the food and room service was incredible. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks again for taking such good care of us!
Awesome hotel. Made a mistake on my reservation date. Front desk was eager to resolve it. Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. Had room service for breakfast outstanding! All dishes and silverware as well. No “ box” lunch as many hotels now do plastic plates silverware etc. will be back
We stayed here for our wedding night back in October. Great service and friendly staff! They even left us a personal note and champagne as a gift. Our room was beautiful! Absolutely enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back.
