Day time staff super friendly ! Upon entrance of the room it was clean . We set our stuff down and hit up broad way. We returned 2 times to fresh in up then to get ready for dinner on broad way . We came back at 1:46 AM turned on the tv to realize it had a black line straight I’m down the middle . Then upon getting ready for bed pulling the clovers back there was stains and hair in the bed and on pillows! I called front desk and she told me there was nothing that could be done besides me come get new sheets to change the bed and she would inform management in the morning ...., very disappointed and if I wasn’t so tired Iv defiantly drive the 4 hours back home tonight !
Great place. Trivia night every first and 3rd Wednesday! A lot of fun, We won 25 bar bucks for second place! A lot of construction around but it's in a good area for walking the city. Hit peg leg porker for some delicious Q around the corner
Very located by the Gulch district of Nashville. Easy to find on Google maps. Parking is either valet or self-parking. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Christopher who checked us in. Love their rooftop bar, and warm breakfast with mimosas. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
I booked this hotel for the rooftop patio and was thoroughly looking forward to a drink at sunset. We went up to the lounge at 4 pm and were told that the lounge was closed to two private events. The sole reason I picked this hotel over others was the amenity of having the rooftop lounge with a view of the city and now that amenity I PAID FOR is not available to me.
No amount of sweet customer service can make up for corporate screwing their guests. Unfortunately the people that suffer are the compassionate hotel workers because I absolutely will not patronize another Marriott in this town. Back to Hilton I go.
Front desk people were nice and welcoming. However, when we got to our room, the floor was an absolute mess. It was obvious it wasn’t vacuumed, and there was still trash on the floor (a plastic bottle cap for example).
We told front desk before we went out for dinner, and they said with our permission they’d have someone clean it while we were gone, of course we didn’t mind.
We come back, they never touched it. They never offered any money back, and never offered to switch rooms.
All in all, if you don’t mind a dirty room for $130 a night, not bad.
