One of the nicest hotels I've ever been in! The check-in process was extremely easy. It is in a great location in downtown Nashville. Short walking distance to restaurants and Country Music Hall of Fame and the Johnny Cash museum among other places. The free happy hour is a great amenity. It also has an on-site restaurant. The $30 for parking is worth it to have secure covered parking. This is the most secure hotel. You have to use your room key to access the hotel and the elevators. I would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!
Everyone at this hotel was phenomenal! We stayed during the snow/ice storm, and the front desk staff was extremely accommodating with last minute changes. Almost every restaurant in the area was closed one evening, and the staff went above and beyond. The kickback hour was complimentary and basically was enough food for everyone! We also chose to eat in the bar/restaurant, and the bartender was amazing! He was running the bar and servicing tables all while having a great attitude! Thanks to everyone working there for keeping calm during a crazy time! Cannot recommend this place enough
My first time at Drury and really liked it. Rate included full American breakfast similar to buffet but dished out by staff. Evening meal included salad, entree, vegetable and soup plus 3 adult beverages per paying guest and unlimited soft drinks. It was also served by hotel staff on buffet line. Very limited choices but edible. Room was very clean. Bed was a little springer than I like, but I slept well. Very secure place- key card required to park car, get into lobby, ride elevator to guest rooms and go to meal area and into pool and exercise room. Pool was large, heated and indoor\outdoor. Also, had hot tub. Outside deck overlooked city. Additional deck off of eating area.
Chose this hotel based on location and raving reviews. Lived up to reviews if not exceeded. Staff was amazing! Hotel was very clean and felt safe as you needed a key to enter floor. On site parking (extra but worth it).Kickback hour was excellent! Each guest receives (3) free cocktails and soup/salad/hot entree for each day! Plus hot breakfast! Definitely a perk! Hotel offers bar and kitchen also. Within steps of all that Broadway has to offer!! Will definitely stay here again!
The room was almost immaculate, just a few rust spots on the shower door. Service from the kitchen staff and front desk were excellent. The location of the hotel in downtown was perfect for walking to entertainment venues. This is easily the best hotel I've ever visited.
