Very nice hotel! Rooms have a great design, beds are comfy, super CLEAN, and the staff is awesome! Christian is the singer that works in the lobby and she kept our entire volleyball team entertained and let our girls do a dance off and karaoke. The Bartender made a great new drink for me (just ask for the “Amy”!). Last, but not least, Justin is my new best friend! My daughter accidentally left behind her friend’s favorite sweatshirt, and Justin and his housekeeping staff knew exactly where it was and sent it to me via fedex!! This hotel and area is beautiful and we will definitely be back!
Great atmosphere and location for the Franklin area. The King room was nice for a temporary stay. The shower door seal was not great and caused water to flood out into the small bathroom was the only downside.
Great for the price point and dog friendly! This is more of a suburban area, rather than the feel of downtown Franklin. If you're wanting the "authentic Franklin" experience I would recommend staying else where. But if you're looking to save some money and have a clean place to stay, Aloft Franklin is a great choice! Nice staff!
Absolutely no complaints! Staff was very helpful and friendly. As fas as the rooms, very clean and comfortable exactly what we were looking for location is perfect.
