I'm a gold member, this location canceled my reservation on my birthday weekend because I had a discount added to my booking. Told me they were only accepting reservations for fully paid bookings. We will never rebook here!
By far the most beautiful, clean, Decorated Marriott we have ever been in! The outdoor heated pool/spa was perfect after all our travel especially with the views! We can't wait to come again!!
The Residence Inn at the AC Hotel in Nashville is definitely worth seeing. The hotel amenities are state of the art. Beautiful bar, both indoor and out door. Cabanas available in the sixth door pool area. Roof top bar is always nice, but it's temporarily closed. The staff I can't say enough about. Clare one of the night time employees at the desk has always been exceptional. She is always friendly, professional and helpful with my of my travel needs. Makes the stay even that much more enjoyable, with great service.
We had an amazing 5 nights at this hotel, recommended for anyone that wants to be in the center of everything just a couple of blocks away. We walked around to many locations. The room was clean and the bar has a amazing options of drinks.
I basically live in hotels because of work, so having the hotel room feel like home is important, which the residence inn does feel comfortable to call home. Rooms were clean and updated. BUT I had to book a last minute room at midnight and I called the front desk and was told there were no rooms left. I found it hard to believe since there are three different chains in one location and to be fully booked during covid is unlikely. I called again 30 minutes later to have another front desk person tell me there are rooms available... that made me feel like the first person I spoke to wasnt trying to be accommodating. Also to make my hotel feel like home, I like to have a late check out so I'm not rushing to get my stuff out and to get some computer work done when I'm not on the field. They weren't able to accommodate a late check out (again, hard to believe during covid). I would stay here again but would prioritize finding somewhere else that's more accommodating.
