I stayed here with some of my business partners maybe a year or so ago and planning on potentially staying here again when Nashville begins opening back up on a bigger scale. The rooms are spacious clean and comfy. The staff was extremely friendly and the meetings room on the rooftop was beautiful. But there was a Bartender there with blondish dreadlocks that served us last year on the rooftop and the bar downstairs that was so knowledgeable about the drinks that got me to try some cool craft cocktails, he was HILARIOUS and was just all around great. He made our experience there so much fun and we saw him everyday we were there until we left and hope to see him again! This place is awesome and I look forward to staying here again when Covid is all over.
Very clean room, great location, comfortable beds, good shower, quick walk to Broadway, and the staff was all very nice. Masks seemed to be pretty well enforced inside too. Also Hannah at the front desk was PHENOMENAL. She was super welcoming, gave us honest and informative suggestions, and really made us feel comfortable. Thank you Hannah!
We loved staying here. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. Marcus the bartender makes amazing craft cocktails too. We will be staying here again in the future!
Awful. We tried to check in at 7pm after a 9 hour drive and we were informed our room was not yet ready. The staff said they’d call me when we could check in.
I called again at 9pm and asked if our room was ready. Still no.
At 10:15pm I unloaded our car and asked the front desk if they could secure our bags. She asked me for my name and told me the room was ready - but I never received a phone call from the hotel!!
We stayed at the Hyatt Kansas City unbound hotel the night before and honestly — it was the best hotel experience we’ve had. The folks at the Kansas City hotel should visit Holston house and teach them how to run their business.
Hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly. Close to all honky-tonks and restaurants.
My only complaint would be that you have to pay to park your car in the hotel parking lot....I would have thought parking would have been included with the price you are paying for the room.
