The architecture is amazing! The young woman that checked us in was very nice and professional. She was able to answer any questions we had. We had drinks from the bar and the bartender was also very nice. The room was very clean and tidy with updated renovations. Will definitely stay here again.Be sure to visit the First Museum next door! We took in the Picasso exhibit AWSOME!! Great experience!!
This is a beautiful, historic hotel. Marriott has done an excellent job preserving the history while modernizing the rooms.
The lady at check in was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.
Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. They have good parking and the hotel is close to everything you will want to see in downtown Nashville. We will definitely be back on our next trip
It is beyond beautiful and nostalgic, but when a construction crew is outside your window at 6 in the morning makes for a very unhappy start to a much needed vacation. Of ALL of the rooms in this hotel you put us on the top floor right where the construction workers are. Luckily the windows are closed or they would've gotten a show seeing me in my birthday suite.

It would be easy for this hotel to rely on the wow factor that the facade and interior presents, but it is matched by great service from all staff. Pretty quiet during my stay, due to the pandemic I'm sure, but I'm confident service would be just as good in peak times. I'll definitely be returning.
Beautiful hotel and excellent service in the midst of both a pandemic and a winter storm. Diego the valet went above and beyond, kept our windshield clear of ice all morning, started our car and put the heat and defrosters on 20 minutes before we had to leave, and helped us steer clear of the slush, all the while encouraging us to drive safe and take precautions. All the staff really care about you when you are a guest here and it is really the definition of luxury. Thank you to everyone for making our Valentine’s Day wonderful!
