Beautiful, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Don't have a single complaint. Would stay here anytime. The hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced, but otherwise a great place. The hotel store, Five and Tenn, is quaint and the prices very very good .
Beautiful hotel and was looking forward to our time away for the first time in awhile. Was extremely disappointed that the spa was closed as that was a MAJOR part of choosing this hotel, (only opened Friday-Sunday, why? What about your guests who stay during the week?). I would have gladly stayed elsewhere and saved a lot of money had someone informed us that things were closed prior to booking. I would recommend you Communicate these things to your future guests. Highly disappointed.
Love the atmosphere and the view was amazing from our room. The walls are too thin for my liking. We heard every toilet flush and shower ran. Overall we had a great night.
Front desk lady was very rude. Gave us no information did not give a check out time or anything. Then she told us parking was $35 the next morning we realized we could've parked across the street for $10. She gave us the price and I said okay we will take it, she said oh okay . Surprised we could afford it not sure. Prices are insane for a room 300 a night that is mediocre. I would stay at the holiday Inn across the street next time we go to Nashville. It is within walking distance of all the bars downtown.
Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. HOWEVER , they are barely open. No room service. Restaurants close very very early. Felt like walking around the hotel in the Shining at 7pm at night. Not a soul in the huge lobby. I would recommend waiting till covid subsides to stay here. $47 for parking a night and basics paid $300 for a bed.
