This hotel is 10/10 amazing.
It is absolutely spotless clean. It smell amazing at every turn. They went out of their way to make us feel safe and comfortable. The fitness center has everything you would need away from your home gym! Every single staff member from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the maintenance were above and beyond kind and courteous. Hospitality was over the top. I didn't want to leave. The bar was excellent as well as the grab and go breakfast choices for our family. It is centrally located to dozens of great places to eat that aren't chain restaurants. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We will come back again and again.
This week, my daughter and I traveled to Tennessee for her college campus tour in Knoxville. We were trying to get back to California and unfortunately we were caught in the back-to-back storms that hit the southern states, including much of Tennessee. We arrived in Nashville very shaken by the storm and saddened that our flight scheduled for the following day was cancelled. Upon our arrival at The Element, we were greeted by Tonya, the general manager. That's when everything changed for the better!!!! Never, ever have I felt so welcomed in a hotel before. Tonya took AMAZING care of my daughter and I while we were stuck in Nashville. With no vehicle, no access to the restaurants (most of which were closed due to the storm), and all food delivery services out of commission,Tonya invited us to a Chinese dinner the first night. The following evening she arranged for food to be picked up and delivered to us at the hotel. She went above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. She even offered to cook dinner for us if we had to stay an additional evening. We were fortunate enough to fly out on that third day and she even checked up on us to make sure we arrived to our destination safely by text messaging us.
Tonya is the epitome of southern hospitality!!!!
Oh Wow! Say if you have a need of a hotel in Nashville, THIS should be your top choice. The Element Nashville Airport is like staying with a friendly family! G.M. Tonya and her staff o trained professionals cater to you like family. The apartment-style rooms are great for one overnight or a prolonged visit to enjoy Music City! Many rooms have sweeping views or a courtyard pool area that is relaxing to view or visit. Even the coffee maker at the door will blend your fresh cuppa joe just to order! Kevin, airline pilot
If you’re visiting Nashville, this is the hotel to stay at! The staff, particularly the manager (Tonya), is the best in the area. Seriously, I will never stay anywhere else. The rooms are so clean, the atmosphere makes you feel at home, and the amenities are better than you could get anywhere else.
Honestly, it was hard for me to decide if I wanted to spend more time exploring the city or hanging out in the lobby and the pool area with friends and the staff.
The best experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. I wish I could give the Element and Tonya more than 5 stars.
The room was awful. they didn’t have washcloths. paint was peeling from the ceiling. some weird metal thing was in my shower that was broken off something. it was dirty. which was VERY surprising because i love that hotel. i travel a lot and have stayed there several times. maybe it is starting to get run down. Tonya is the only reason i didn’t give it a 1 star. she is great but still. i wish i could get my money back. never staying there again.
