Very nice hotel! The staff really goes above and beyond to meet all of your needs. Modern yet somewhat nostalgic and sophisticated layout and design throughout. Cool dining options and a very nice Penthouse and balcony. Close to Downtown/Broadway but far enough away that you won't hear banjos while sleeping.
My stay here was amazing...I have never stayed anywhere with customer service like this. From the first time I called in to check on my reservations to the time I got in my vehicle to leave. Valet, front desk, room service, restaurant staff, bouquet bar staff all so accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Nashville was a bucket list trip for me and now I just want to return to experience this hotel again. Very impressed
Great hotel with excellent customer service. Awesome restaurant with a nice happy hour and fun rooftop bar with great views of the city. It is located downtown near Printer's Alley, where you can find metered street parking or park in multiple choices of parking garages. The rooftop bar changes with the seasons with beautiful decor, so no matter if you're a local or visit often, it is definitely a hidden gem of the city!
Really awesome hotel!! The staff was so friendly, attentive and helpful, the room was spacious and really beautifully decorated. It was probably one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in in a hotel, the mattress and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The location was amazing, it’s about a 8-10 minute walk from Broadway (where most of the bars are) and a 1 minute walk to Printers Alley (we absolutely loved Skulls rainbow room) and a 5 minute walk to Standard proof whiskey (awesome bar). I would definitely stay here again.
This place is amazing. They are so friendly. It was clean, they have hand sanitizer in every corner. The front desks guys were very helpful. So informative and very helpful. They made our first experience in Nashville absolutely fantastic. Next time I come to Nashville it's the only place I'll stay.
