Staff was always extremely accommodating at all times!! The owner Ron always makes sure his guests are satisfied with their stay! I stayed here for about 3 months and I had a great experience, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in the city. You can’t beat the price for all the amenities they provide, even through the COVID pandemic! Memorable staff members we’re definitely Kate, Liam, Jess, Ian, Maria, and Mirna. They made my stay here so memorable and they always went 100% out of their way to make sure all guests were more than happy!
This is a great hostel! The staff was super accommodating to our needs and the rooms were very nice and clean! Great location near midtown and not a far walk or scooter ride to downtown. Not to mention the free parking! My one complaint is how cold it is! It was less than 40 degrees at night and our room had no heat. We woke up absolutely freezing and me and my roommate almost had to share a bed for warmth. Not sure if our heat was broken or they are simply trying to cut down on electric costs but I would not stay here in the winter again
It's a nice cheap place to stay while in town. The owner Ron and his wife Tracy are two of the nicest people you ever will meet.

Very clean. Very organized. Affordable. Good communication. Plenty of parking. Definitely going back to this place next time in Nashville! I would give them 100 out of 100.
Exceptional local hostel. A little far from downtown, but that can be nice with free parking and a short Uber trip. Jesicca was very friendly and helpful during check-in. I'd highly recommend staying here or their sister hostel downtown. Best value in town.
