I love 121 Hotel. I come to Nashville often for work.
The Penthouse is an amazing choice. It’s and entire apartment. You will never forget what a sunrise in Nashville looks like. Loved watching it every morning with the wall to wall balcony doors open have a cup of coffee, or the city lights night with a cocktail.
My girlfriend stayed here. Super cool place. Great customer service. Hassle free check in and check out!
We rented the third floor for my 50th birthday and loved it!!! Rooms are beautiful, staff was amazing! Will definitely return and recommend.
I’m not one to write a negative review at all, but I write this with hopes that this can only improve 121 Hotels.
My husband & I chose this as our “mini honeymoon” hotel & we had such high expectations only to be extremely letdown. When downloading the JURNY app, we were shown this gorgeous room that was spacious, included a large walk in shower, & a balcony with multiple windows. We had anticipated this room for a couple weeks & were seriously so excited to spend a special couple of nights there. We received room 102 that was not at all what we were shown. It was small, only had a window with a view of the building next doors wall, the shower was incredibly small, & the water pressure was terribly weak. The room was modern, but it wasn’t worth the pretty penny we paid for it. It’s one thing if we were shown this room & that’s what we expected, but what we were shown was incredibly misleading. I’m a local Nashville native & hope that maybe one day we can stay here again & have this negative experience made positive instead.
We picked the 121 for a staycation in town. It’s basically an over priced air bnb lacking design and function, the aesthetics were anything but luxury. We stayed for 4 nights. There is misinformation online, cheap sheets and bedding. Our bed was positioned so we had to watch the tv thru a canopy pole. We then today received an email that were were being charged for damaged towels. My wife started her period and some blood got on towels for which we were then charged. I have stayed at 5 star all the way down to 2 start hotels and have never been charged for towels. We were suspiciously profiled and bothered by on-site management after two days when we asked why our bathtub was not working on the first night there as was told to speak to housekeeping who spoke no English. Also, on our first night there the smoke alarm went off at 3 am in the morning with nothing explained and no apology given for the abrupt inconvenience. I will not be recommending this location to any friends and family in the city and I will be sure to let folx in our city looking for a staycation to know to avoid the 121. Go to the Westin, the Marriot, the Virgin, the Graduate, take your pick but do not stay here.
