I was double charged for my 2 night stay. I have called 4 separate times and no employee can seem to help get this money refunded. I am a Spire Elite member and I expect better customer service than this.
The actual hotel stay was nice. I will change this review to a 5 star review once this gets fixed.
We arrived earlier then we told them. We checked in and got our room key. Got up to our room of the 15 floor found it hadn't been cleaned yet. We called down and told the friendly staff at the front desk and then sent us a new set of keys to an upgraded room. Everyone here has been so friendly and helpful. Will def be back again
Very nice and updated room. Very clean. I recommend staying here for a pleasant and affordable experience. Carpet stain and concrete pillar in corner was out negative, and those not enough to be bothered by. As is in city expect the sirens all night.
Room was nice. Hotel conveniently located and affordable. The bathroom was really nice. Loved the mirror lol. Will return.
