We were very pleased with our entire stay. Check-in was quick, the elevators were super fast, and signage was visible to help guests stay safe and know what actions the hotel was taking to unsure our safety, as well. Breakfast offered several options and the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. The hotel was walking distance distance to many things we wanted to see and we felt safe. Should we return to Nashville, we will book here again.
The front desk staff is awesome!!! The rooms are 5 star, they are clean and very spacious. The sheets on the beds were the softest sheets I have seen. Breakfast is provided in the morning consisted of waffles, egg omelets, bread, and oatmeal. Parking can be tricky but they do have 5 floors of parking ramps underneath the hotel that you need to pay about $16 for 24 hours. Helpful hint when leaving the ramp is to take the last turn wide as it is tough getting a pick up around the last pillar!
Great hotel. Close to everything. Staff superb. Our only complaint would be the mattress. The one we had needs replacing. Room 929. I would stay again though...
Mostly very Super friendly and helpful staff ; GM is phenomenal. Location is fantastic; literally a five - seven minute walk to Bridgestone Arena and all downtown activities, bars and restaurants.
This is a ‘ different ‘ concept for lodging options that have great appeal to many.
Realize that the rooms are smaller and lack drawers and closets , but are super modern and efficiently designed. We had a real good nights sleep. Very comfy beds and linens ; huge TV !
There’s a great ‘ vibe ‘ tho , with games for all ages and 24/7 coffee available. Breakfast, considering COVID 19 protocol was better than expected but still limited.
We are staying again soon and I’ll definitely be checking out the heated outdoor pool.
Fantastic location and beautiful hotel but maybe not the best for families. The staff are super friendly and the amenities are nice however the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from every room around you. Drunk people in the halls and main areas until morning. Very fun hotel for young people and partiers. Had to sidestep vomit on the way out the door to leave and drunks were still singing in the lobby at 445 am. Coffee was cold. Would recommend to friends, especially partiers, but not to ones with children. Most likely we won't stay again.
