It's the best place to be
Great customer service and food. I really felt welcomed and appreciated. The ambience is quite relaxing.
So this is my first experience at a Nairobi guest house and actually we were here previously before but this time it was more difficult. When are you arriving we could not pay the original reservation so we cancel on woman he said it was OK after that we stayed we actually is a nice quality place but was surprised by the the hostility buy some stuff because of some small differences so we try to communicate but it’s unable to communicate and then they try to charge us more than what it was this is very highly embarrassing and I don’t know if I will come back here I wouldn’t recommend this place to another person. I want to document this and you guys be aware before you go to somewhere like this because you shouldn’t be able to feel like you you’re being held captive because of reservation adjustments.
A hidden gem in Kileleshwa. Very quiet and serene and a perfect place to get away from the city noise. It has a great environment to work at and to hold intimate meetings. The rates are reasonable and the staff is very friendly too.
