I really enjoyed my stay at Ole Sereni. My room was large and faced the Nairobi National Park, so the view in the morning was awesome. The facilities are secure and contemporary. The hotel furnishings and fittings are tasteful. The staff are very friendly. I had a very relaxing time. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The roof top bar has an awesome view of the national park. You could catch some wildlife..Good service if food and drinks. Enjoy a sun downer.
Very nice 5* hotel. Excellent food, including Indian food. Courteous staff. The feather in the cap is the fantastic overview of the National Park.
A nice place but they have a very rude security manager, yelling at customers on rules issues instead of politely explaining things. It's not that the customers disobeyed something they know. Kindly train your security manager well because he'll end up scaring some of your customers away.
