again i urge you to rather stay somewhere else - the phone in the room - outgoing calls would always have the busy tone - i had to make urgent bookings and decisions the next day after reception kept saying they are busy i finally had someone come and look properly at what is wrong with the phone - it was blocked !!! and it caused me so much stress and money!!!! again the manager acted as if his staff did their job and nothing is his fault - Alok Sriwastava with the bad attitude - the window handle was also broken and could not close providing a lack of sleep - i need a refund asap
The exquisitely furnished rooms are quite a temptation to extend the stay.
The 24 hours restaurant is such a great convenience to patrons.
The location in the city means it’s ideal for someone visiting the city with daily routine maybe to explore the game park, the museum, a hike to Ngong’ forest, shopping for curios, attending the annual Conquer-Deelegance or simply conferencing in the hotel’s state of the art conference rooms.
A concierge was not at hard to welcome us and we ported our bags although rather receptionist offered to carry them for us.
A free welcome drink is almost a standard expectation and a hot towel to wipe away the dust from the dusty streets would be a great addition.
Wonderful hotel and staffs are very friendly.
