Great hotel. Fantastic n amazing reception

Good conferencing area especially for people from countryside who come for meetings in Nairobi .

Great pool. Customer service could be better though

Due to Covid issues, cthe Hotel is not fully operational. Hence services are slow. Waiters are courteous. Reception was empty. No-one to receive. No security. No temperature checks

A good place to sleep and unwind. There is a classis Barber Shop and Salon. Ask for Joe for fantastic Hair Cuts.
