The lobby interior design looks great, but the room was mediocre for a 5 star hotel. I'm not a construction expert, but it seems elevation work was not done properly, especially the bathrooms, when taking shower water runs the the bedroom.
Also had challenges with internet connection in the room and had to sit in the lobby for good connection.
The 4 stars is for staff (from guards to reception etc), really helpful, thank you :)
I'd give a 3 star rating for the hotel itself.
Located in a nice address to captivate both local and international patrons. The first impressions are made to last, a nicely curated fountain implies the great natural setting, atmosphere and ambience. The reception desk is manned by friendly and professional personnel who are ready and enthusiastic to answer any queries.
The service is great, fast and memorable as is the food, conference halls, boarding facilities and dining areas, indoors or in the garden.
Other catchy facilities are the gymnasium, large swimming pool and great architectural work in general.
Recommended for visits.

I went there for a wedding photoshoot, as a groomsman, and let me tell you, this place has a very beautiful and classy look. I'm yet to check out their rooms and their meal plans, but this is a place you must visit. Even if it is to chill at the lobby.
Rooms are just ok and need an upgrade for sure.
Very easy to hear sound from other rooms as they are attached by a door with space at the bottom. I heard my neighbor's phone sounds and talking all night.
Beware they are doing construction inside the hotel pretty much all day so if you expect to work or call from your room it won't be possible.
I would have given 2 stars but the food is really good. Some of the best I've had at hotels in Kenya so they deserve recognition for that!
