Such a lush hotel!! The pictures do not do it justice, esp with the lights all up this time of year. Staff is AMAZING. I continued to call them about one request or another, and they were so warm and helpful each time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, wish it was longer. 10/10
Very homely feel set in lush gardens. Quiet and peaceful and lovely indoor pool and sauna. Excellent beds and linen.
Attention to detail and to the needs of their guests. The food is delicious and they cater for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Their indoor pool is great for guests staying at the hotel. What I really love about Palacina is the delightful interior that makes it a place you want to hangout in. It is home?
Amazing conversational ambience - nestled in mature gardens. Decent menu selection too, and meals.
It was excellent in a different natural way - Loving my 2 weeks stay there. The receptionist lady and a guy Amos were too professional and quick in service.
