Loved the place with my boys over December holidays. Quite friendly staff, close to Westlands City if you want to sample it as well as Nairobi City at large. Clean and comfortable bedding, I enjoyed my rest after a tiring house renovation project, had fun at the gym and Sauna! sumptuous breakfast and affordable rates. I can't finish
Plus I forgot my property and found them in order. Thanks guys
All in all, the price / quality isn't good.
Rooms are a bit outdated and they smell dusty.
The hotel looks fine, and the service is friendly but so incredibly slow and poor! Orders can easily be forgotten or take 45 minutes for a sandwich. I've stayed in the hotel for almost two weeks for business, but won't repeat.
Perfect corona rules,clean,very good breakfast,very friendly and helpful staff. Best hotel i ever have been. Was there with my family and we will come again
Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city of Nairobi,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who makes our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the hotel .Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.one of the staff who makes our stay more interesting is the staff by the name mark a very professional engineer we got a problem of electricity in our room but when mark arrived our problem was sorted once and for all Thank you again mark for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
