Room was a little dirty on arrival not cleaned properly but the view of the ocean was very nice
Stayed for 4 nights! Arrived a little early and allowed to check in! Front desk guy was super nice? Room was super super clean! Amazing view! Grounds are super clean and hot tubs and pools were perfect! Especially the indoor ones since it was colder this time of year! Will definitely be coming back!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m usually not one to leave reviews at all but I simply couldn’t resist leaving one for this horrific place. I stayed here this past summer and I just can’t get over how horrible the experience was so here I am months later sharing my experience. There was cockroaches in every corner and all over the hallways. My family and I had to SPRINT into our hotel room to attempt missing the roaches that were all over the halls. On top of that, my sister woke up with little bites all over her body which made it evident they have bed bugs. We complained to the front desk but they said there are no managers on sit and gave us a phone number to call. The number took me to a voicemail box where I continuously called 3 different times and never got a call back. It has been months and I still have heard nothing back. I would sleep in my car before I went back to this disgusting horrendous place again. Horrible service as well.
