We had originally booked a condo through palmetto and after booking they called to inform us of an issue with our condo and upgraded us for free. The new room was amazing and they were quick to have a solution to the problem.
Being a vacation property owner, this company has been untruthful to my family. Due to their choice of questionable renters who totally cleaned us and did not inform us that the renter left four months early, breaking his lease! Our property is now UNABLE TO BE RENTED! Palmetto viewed our Condo and agreed in front of my wife and daughter that according to the rental photos and the obvious items stolen that indeed the items were stolen! The Cleaner also agreed that when she cleaned the condo it had very little inside. Melanie from Palmetto stated that she would work with us to reimburse us. After she asked us if we were going to continue renting with us and i stated to suspend rentals at this time, Palmetto refused to reimburse us anything! Therefore i must state the truth, Palmetto is not an Honest Company.

I have stayed at a few vacation rentals and I must say this one was the best one yet!!!! There was more than enough space for everyone and everything was clean. Everything was close and we didn’t have to drive far for food, Amusement and shopping.
The view of the golf course was amazing. We enjoyed a few hours in the pool and even was able to use the outdoor grill for dinner. The condo was big, clean and nicely decorated.
