I paid via the phone on February 20, 2021 for a one night stay. On February 21, 2021, I realized I wasn't able to make the trip. I called to canceled. I was informed that I needed to cancel 30 days in advance. Yes.......30.....Days! I was never told by the representative that was the case. I never would have thought anywhere had a 30 Days cancellation policy. I explained to the person on the phone I was not told. She then told me, he should have. She said I could get the night stay if I rescheduled for another day soon. I don't have plans to visit there anytime this year. I asked to speak to the supervisor. She said his name was Josh and he would be in the next day. I could talk to him, but he was going to tell me the same thing. She said it like this has happened before and that was the outcome. I'm trying to get my funds back through my bank. SMH
Great place to stay. Central to everything. Great staff, very helpful.
It was a very nice place and we both enjoyed our Anniversary together it was great whether everyday and house keeping was great to thanks.
Room was clean and well laid out. Property is well maintained with a friendly staff. They cleaned and sanitized outside railings and elevators multiple times daily. This place is not fancy, but is perfect for a family vacation. The only downside to the room is the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean is small. Location is perfect as well! Close to a lot of attractions, but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. We would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful place , had a Great time and found a really nice shark tooth right in front of it on our stay.
