Clean room. Good rate. Oceanfront. Room missing 2 towels. Only 2 tubes of shampoo in room. NO SOAP for shower. Did not like tile floor throughout room. Was slippery when getting out of shower.
When we arrived to our room we checked the whole room out and our AC wasn’t working. Couldn’t get ahold of the front office and after doing the after check in survey I left the comment at 5am that it wasn’t working and they came in as soon as we woke up and brought us a brand new AC! What a great place to stay. I will continue to come here over and over again. When you have a place that takes care of you and clean why not! They are all for their customers!
Beds look like they hadn't been cleaned and washed, Bathtub had rust stains, No room service and lazy river closed. Staff was nice.
One of my friends got robbed at this hotel. Somebody opened their room door! & stole cash along with other valuable items While they were in the pool area no less than 30 minutes ! This hotel has no cameras..after this incident they didn’t even bother to refund nor move them to another room at all. Sorry but the whole thing seemed like a set up to me. Horrible customer service please don’t go to this hotel. I would give a 0 star but apparently you can’t. Do Not Go To This HoTel!
Great staff. Free parking (as long as it's 1 car) great access to stores nearby. Don't understand the bad reviews. 4 stars because I feel like I may die in the elevator.
