Reviews from visitors:
Overall it was a great place to stay. Modern and clean. However the receptionist was not very pleasant when we checked in. The only downside was we were told we could leave our baggage in a secure location when we checked out as our flight didn’t leave for another 5 hours but at check out we were told we couldn’t so we had to drag our luggage around downtown
No sink in the bathroom and this facility needs to learn not to charge additional fees without consent and knowledge. Also a daily cleaning would be good.
Booked on hotels.com around 3:00. Said check in was 4:00-9:00. Got there 7:30, after about 10 minutes was told. “So what happened was your rooms were on hold until 6 and now we have given them away”. Obviously I was never told my rooms were only on hold until 6. And it still had rooms available on the app still for them. Crazy.
Hotel staff very hospitable! Really nice affordable clean motel. I would visit again.
Other than having our vehicle towed for not being given a parking pass at time of check in it was a beautiful room no HK at time of visit due to covid, but able to obtain clean towels and toiletries any time would recommend the suite very comfy, also they did make it right for towing truck away by paying for fees
